Its services focus on the preparation and storage of feed substrates and secondary raw materials, as well as optimization of the digestion process and biology.

VITO NV is an independent Flemish research organization specializing in clean technology and sustainable development, with decades of experience in interdisciplinary research and customer-oriented projects. The Sustainable Materials Management branch develops innovative products and processes based on extensive experience in materials design and technologies from the initial stages of materials preparation.

The Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (INN) of NCSR “Demokritos” was established from the merger of the Institutes of Materials Science, Microelectronics and Physical Chemistry, as a result of a national reorganization of research institutions in Greece.
